Since 2018, four accidents with reeled PE-HD pipes have occurred at BG BAU member companies, one of which was fatal. In order to initiate the market penetration of this safety system when uncoiling PE-HD pipe coils from the pipe coil transport trailer, BG BAU has included both systems in its occupational safety premiums.

This adapter is hooked into the uncoiling cage from Bagela. Only the serial number of the uncoiling cage must be transmitted.
